Chest Killer

I do this workout about every 6 weeks, there is a ton of volume and its a great way to shock your chest if your not getting sore from your regular workouts anymore. With an adjustable bench go to the smith machine. Start on the 5th incline (1 away from a shoulder press) and do 3 sets of 10 reps.
