Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies


2 cups eatmeguiltfree Blondie Mix
2 tbs Almond Flour
2 egg whites
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 can pumpkin puree
2 tbs nuts-n-more Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter
1 cup dark Chocolate chips


Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 1 baking sheet with Coconut nonstick spray.

Step 2
In a bowl mix eatmeguiltfree Blondie Mix, nuts-n-more Vanilla Protein Powder and almond flour.

Step 3
In a small bowl combine egg whites, almond milk, pumpkin puree and nuts-n-more Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter. Add to the dry mixture combine until well combine.

Step 4
Add Dark Chocolate Chips.

Step 5
Roll dough into 2-in balls and place on parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Flatten cookies slightly.

Step 6
Bake cookies at 350F 9-10 minutes. (cookies will appear underdone–this is ok)
