Easy, tasty super high in protein!
There are many variations to change this recipe so enjoy and play with it a little? Egg whites
Optional Ingredients for texture:

Cream of Tartar (helps stiff peak formation in egg whites)
Xanthan gum (thickens the egg whites and makes them “meringue-like”)
Optional Ingredients depending on flavor:

Cinnamon
Stevia (powder &/or liquid)
Nutmeg
Allspice
100% Pumpkin puree
100% cocoa powder

Original Egg Puffs
Step 1: Whip egg whites to a stiff peak
Cream of Tartar helps enhance the stiff peak formation.
Step 2: Place on baking sheet (you can get creative and do fun shapes too to even get your kids to eat them?)
Step 3: Bake at 350-400 F for 7-12 mins (until golden brown). Let cool.
Eat

Pumpkin Pie Egg Puffs

Refer back to original egg puffs. Add flavoring & extras: pumpkin puree, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, powder stevia AFTER egg whites form a stiff peak.

Vanilla Cinnamon
Add cinnamon, vanilla-creme liquid stevia AFTER egg whites form a stiff peak.
Chocolate egg puffs

Refer back to original egg puffs for full recipe: Add flavoring & extras (cocoa, powder stevia) AFTER egg whites form a stiff peak.
As you can see it is very easy to change it up just add the "extras" after you whip the egg white!
