Easy Thai Shrimp with Coconut Rice

Easy Thai Chili Shrimp with coconut rice:

10-15 oz raw shrimp (peeled deveined)
1oz unsweetened coconut flakes
1cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 c water
3/4 basmati or jasmine rice
Pinch of Salt
1tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Thai Chili paste
Put rice in rice cooker with coconut milk, coconut flakes, water and salt and turn on.
Add olive oil to pan heated to medium heat and add shrimp and Chili paste, stir till shrimp is coated and cook till shrimp are pink (5-8 min)
Serve over rice
