Steak Marinade   Ingredients  Original recipe makes 1 1/3 cups 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup olive oil 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder 3 tablespoons dried basil 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 1 teaspoon ground white pepper 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce(optional) 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic(optional)   Directions Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender. Salsa Chicken

Salsa Chicken   Ingredients  Original recipe makes 4 servings 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix 1 cup salsa 2 tablespoons light sour cream (optional) Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) Place chicken breasts in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts, and pour salsa over all. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes, or until chicken is tender and juicy and its juices run clear. Top with sour cream if desired, and serve.
